Description

This PR introduces enhancements to the Fish shell configuration by adding new features:

• New clear Function: Added a function to clear the terminal screen and scrollback buffer.
• System Information Display: Added fastfetch to display system information upon terminal launch.

Motivation and Context

These updates aim to enhance the usability of the Fish shell environment. The new clear function provides a more effective way to clear the terminal as before it wasn't really clearing it you could scroll up, and fastfetch offers useful system information anyone would probably want to put that in their config.fish .
